All RCC Work completed in Quality & Safety by various contractors as well as finishing work of the 1st phase is completed in best quality with timely completion from contractors. Each building have 2 wings and each floor have 5 flats with 3 lift, 2 staircases in each wing, solar water, Piped Gas, garbage chute, fire fighting services, Attractive entrance lobby with full-time security with automated security systems is provided for each building. Podium building has 2 basements and 2 floors above ground which is post-tensioned slab building. Therefore the quality of the podium is very good.
